Arizona DJ Connection
Effective September 17, 2026. These terms apply to use of Arizona DJ Connection and its account, directory, content, membership, and marketplace features.
Arizona DJ Connection is a platform for discovering DJ companies, learning about event services, connecting with businesses, using planning and business tools, and buying, selling, or renting eligible gear. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, accounts, or other users.
DJ companies, marketplace sellers, buyers, clients, and other businesses are independent parties. Arizona DJ Connection is not the DJ, event provider, buyer, seller, renter, delivery provider, employer, or agent in transactions arranged between users unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.
We work to make profiles and platform information useful, but businesses remain responsible for confirming current availability, pricing, services, policies, insurance, licensing where applicable, and contract terms before a booking or purchase. External ratings or information are identified by source when displayed.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. Business users must have authority to represent the company they claim or manage. We may restrict or remove access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address abuse, or comply with law.
Marketplace users are responsible for inspecting gear, confirming condition and ownership, agreeing on payment, pickup or delivery, and using safe transaction practices. Prohibited, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated listings may be rejected or removed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Arizona DJ Connection does not take possession of marketplace items and is not a party to the transaction.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for publication, you give Arizona DJ Connection permission to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably needed to operate and promote the platform. You must have the right to provide the content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating material.
Paid features, when offered, are subject to the price, billing interval, eligibility requirements, and feature descriptions shown at purchase. Clearly labeled sponsored or promotional placements do not change the platform's standard organic discovery rules. Cancellation and billing changes apply prospectively according to the checkout terms shown for the applicable plan.
Arizona DJ Connection does not guarantee that a DJ company will receive leads, bookings, revenue, ranking position, or a specific amount of marketplace activity. Buyers and clients are responsible for making their own hiring and purchasing decisions.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, and temporary outages may occur. We may also correct errors, remove stale information, and moderate content to protect platform quality.
To the extent permitted by law, Arizona DJ Connection is not responsible for agreements, conduct, performance, equipment condition, event outcomes, payment disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from independent transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
