Arizona DJ Connection

Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026. This policy explains how information is handled across Arizona DJ Connection.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, event or inquiry details you submit, marketplace listing information, profile activity, and technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived security data, and site usage. DJ companies may also provide business information, media, service areas, pricing details, and verification information.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, show DJ and marketplace profiles, deliver inquiries, support planning and business tools, moderate submissions, prevent abuse, measure platform performance, provide support, and improve Arizona DJ Connection.

Information shown publicly

Published DJ profiles and approved marketplace listings may display business names, service information, media, service areas, public contact details, external review source information, and other details intentionally designated for public display. Private account, dashboard, lead, planning, and administrative information is not intended for public display.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may use service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, databases, email, payments, analytics, file storage, and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business reorganization.

DJ inquiries and marketplace contacts

When you contact a DJ company or marketplace seller, information you intentionally submit may be provided to that business or seller so they can respond. Those independent parties are responsible for how they handle information they receive outside Arizona DJ Connection.

Payments and memberships

Where paid memberships or other paid services are offered, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Arizona DJ Connection does not need to store full payment-card numbers when the payment provider processes them directly.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and platform information. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about correcting or deleting information associated with your account, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, moderation, transaction, and recordkeeping requirements. Public DJ businesses can also request corrections to inaccurate public profile information.

Children

Arizona DJ Connection is intended for event-planning consumers and business users and is not designed for children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
